A：When air intake is more than air displacement in the whole clean room, positive pressure is maintained in clean room (Contrarily, negative pressure is maintained); in the design, air intake should be 15%~20% more than air displacement, and adjustment should be made in terms of actual situation during trial run. Thus, the amount of air displacement of production equipment and 「conveying belt opening unable to seal」 should have to be understood during the design.
