A:Some people attempt to estimate coil cooling load by the cleanliness class of clean room, which is a practice I do not agree; in addition to the description in 27Q, for the same clean room, room cooling load is equivalent in case of the same requirements on temperature and humidity. However, class 100 coil cooling load is higher than that of class 100,000, the cause is that class 100 air change frequency (300~600) is about 15~20 times to that of class 100,000 (20~30 times/hour), thus the load of forced draft fan increases 15~20 timely accordingly; still, due to 「for original class 100,000, the ratio of FDF load to total load is unknown, exact value is also unknown; when it’s changed to class 100, the ratio of coil cooling load increases. Key to calculate air conditioner load of clean room is calculation of calorific value and humidity removal as well as countermeasure for air conditioner; find genuine competent engineer of clean room air conditioner to work for you, don’t take in hearsay and confuse in vain!
