A：As for the design, in the occasion that requires bulky item entering into clean room, consideration should be given to setup of 「air shower for bulky item」; if no air shower for bulky item is available, proceed with following method for a trial.
①Manually move in with air shower after disassembly of bulky item.
②After cleaning and wiping, move in via emergency exit-entry as quick as possible during the time out of production, positioning for restoration to normal cleanliness before resuming production.
