Q：Is wearing on conductive gloves and cuff workable for prevention against shock?

A：No, the function of conductive gloves and cuff is transmission of static generated by motion of human body to avoid human static from damaging static-sensitive product.
The essential solution for avoiding static shock is proper grounding protection to reduce static accumulation. During operation in the environment subject to static accumulation, it’s advisable to wear on conductive gloves, cuff, clothes and boot. In case of operation on conductive floor, conductive floor should be safely connected to grounding system to prevent static accumulation in an effectively manner (Grounding resistance ≤ 1KΩ is preferred, see Fig. 5-3).
