Q：What are the precautions on establishing clean room in industrial area exposed to highly polluting air?

①Establishment of buffer area around CR is compulsory.
②Primary, intermediary and higher-stage strainers should be set up at external air inlet of polluting area.
③Generally, intake of external air exceeding CR to be introduced from CR is considered.
④Air washer can be established at external air inlet in polluting area, so that the water curtain may filter and adsorb to remove dust and chemical gas.
