Q: How clean maintenance of elevated perforated plate to be carried out?

A:
①Do not stop air supply system, but stop production.
②Clean each perforated plate with detergent and dry in clean room.
③Clean the floor beneath perforated plates with special dust collector in clean room.
④Clean the part of elevated perforated plate (Inc. holder) with cleaning paper and detergent in clean room.
⑤Locate and position the perforated plates one by one.
⑥Start (Air conditioner) air supply system, resume production until restoration to normal cleanliness.
Note: tiresome and boring? Surely! Better clean room also needs clean maintenance!
