Q：What are the key points for acceptance of air shower?

A：Air shower has three major functions, as follows:
a. Blow away particles on human body and clothing
b. Remove dust on sole
c. Air locking function, and acts as buffer zone of clean room with different cleanliness class.
Therefore, basic requirements on air shower are:
Installation of primary and higher-stage strainers.
Outgoing air speed ≥25m/s (10~20 sec/time)
Mounting of sticky mat (Some mats are mounted in the inlet of air shower).
Good airtightness, no air leakage during use.
Simultaneous interlocking control of entrance and exit doors on both sides is impermissible.
